Uploaded images and translation content

Uploaded originals, normalized assets, OCR blocks, editable translations, and exports are processed to provide the service. User images are stored in a private object store and are not assigned permanent public URLs. Access is provided only through short-lived upload or download authorization after an ownership check.

We use specialized subprocessors for image text recognition, translation, payment processing, infrastructure, and export rendering. We send each provider only the data needed for that operation. Source image URLs, account email addresses, secrets, and unrelated database records are not included in translation prompts.

Retention and deletion

Guest images and results are normally retained for up to 24 hours. Default account retention is 7 days for Free, 30 days for Starter, 90 days for Pro, and 180 days for Studio, subject to the plan shown at processing time and legal requirements. Users can request deletion sooner. Database records are marked for deletion and private objects are removed asynchronously; storage lifecycle rules provide an additional safety net.

Payment, fraud-prevention, and credit-ledger records may be retained where needed for accounting, dispute resolution, security, or law, while image content and unnecessary personal data are deleted.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, export, or delete your personal information. You can do this through your account settings or by contacting us at the email address below.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
